Many users are facing the problem of images not showing in the archives of posts and products.
Firstly, make sure you are using the Jetpack plugin. If you are using the Jetpack plugin then make sure you follow the instruction below
Dashboard > Appearance > Customizer > Content Option and make sure that you enable all the image options as in the image below
If this doesn’t help, please try once deactivating the active plugins and make sure that the post or product contains feature images
